Half-lambs will include at least 16 pounds of meat. For context, 32 pounds of meat will take up approximately one and a half cubic feet of freezer space.
Price for half-lamb will be $17/pound for a total cost of ~$272 or slightly more, depending on final weight.
Deposit guarantees your lamb; customers will pay remainder of total cost by cash, check or venmo at time of pickup.
